When creating this new site we made the tough decision to change our PDFs to an online format. This has allowed us to keep the notes up to date and add more features for our users including: interactive questions, pictures, sounds and videos. We think this gives more enhanced learning experience.
Unfortunately the old PDFs are no longer accessible and are out of date so cannot be sent out. If you prefer that type of note format, you can consider buying our book.
We want to continue to keep as much of the core content open access. That’s why all of the content from the PDFs that was previously available is still free to access! You can click here to see all of our OSCE learning content.
When I click submit nothing is happening on the page
No need to worry, a grey box will appear and the site will be working on setting up your account and membership. In order to complete the payment we need to communicate with your bank, this usually takes about a minute or two. After the payment has been processed your account will be active and you will be redirected to your membership area
You are able to see any payments you have made from your account. All you need to do is navigate to membership > profile (or click here when logged in)
I get an error message and I can’t seem to signup
Don’t worry, the most common problem we see is users who input their card details incorrectly and your bank will cancel the payment.
What we recommend if trying to input your card details again. If you get another error message navigate to membership > profile (or click here).
This will show all the transactions on your account and the status of payments. In the top table it will show the membership you have tried to purchase, and will give a status of “Pending” in the box as we haven’t been able to collect the payment. To the right of this you should be able to see a number of options including “Update your card details”, “Renew your membership” or “Upgrade or change your membership”.
In order to activate your “pending” membership and complete the payment we recommend you clicking “upgrade or change your membership”, this will take you back to the original form with the failed payment and you should now be able to complete your purchase by entering your correct card details.
